We are recruiting for a Service Desk Team Leader to join one of the fastest growing Wi-Fi and Broadband installation businesses in the UK. As the service desk team lead you will lead a team of IT engineers to provide industry-leading IT support to our client base for any incidents and requests they may have. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of all helpdesk, customer service and networks activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing/leading a service desk environment, be a natural leader and will have a strong technical knowledge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting computer networks, Wi-Fi and associated technologies.
