We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join a brand new venue situated on Swansea’s seafront. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and upbeat team who are passionate about business, customers and creative menus from locally sourced foods. The role of Sous Chef will include a wide range of duties, some of which include ensuring an exceptional dining experience, all food items are prepared as per standards, food stock levels are sufficient quantity and quality, ensure all culinary operations are prepared and updates, and ensure kitchen staff meals and dining services are of consistently high standard. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of food and beverages, be creative and innovative, have a hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills and computer skills.
