We are recruiting for an Office Administrator for a firm of financial advisers covering the South Wales area.  Our client has offices in Barry and Swansea, offering mortgage, protection, pension and investment advice. The successful candidate will be a general administrator based in the Swansea office. You will be supporting our very busy administration team to assist the financial advisers.

Duties will include handling incoming and outgoing post, filing, data entry, preparing new client files, answering telephone calls and dealing with any administration tasks that may be required. Full training will be provided, however we are a proactive and entrepreneurial company and therefore it is essential that candidates should be able to work on their own initiative.
