We’re recruiting for a Customer Services Apprentice to join a leading travel company based in Swansea. This is the perfect opportunity for someone keen to learn a wide range of skills and gain experience of working in a busy office environment. Some of your responsibilities will include; handling all incoming calls and requests direct from customers, ensuring all email queries are responded to quickly and efficiently, processing documentation for customers in the form of confirmations, tickets, errata letters, making amendments to bookings as requested by the customers and solving booking issues/errors in the best and most cost effective manner.
