£16,500-18,000 per annum (dependent on experience – with bonus opportunities)
Monday to Friday 9-5pm (37.5 hours)
We are recruiting for an independent specialist company dealing with insurance claims for hearing aids. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their friendly team as a Customer Service Consultant. The main responsibilities of the role will involve telephone handling to customers, insurers and suppliers. Data entry on a bespoke data base, diarising calls and contact to ensure all enquiries are handled and assist in the day to day running of the busy office. The successful candidate will have good telephone and communication skills, as well as an ability to use Microsoft Office. Experience of working in the insurance industry is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
