We are recruiting for a Commis Chef to join a brand new venue situated on Swansea’s seafront. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and upbeat team who are passionate about business, customers and creative menus from locally sourced foods. The role of the Commis Chef will be to work in the designated station as set by Head Chef and/or Sous Chef. This will involve a wide range of responsibilities, some of which include preparing food, operating kitchen equipment, cooking, setting up stations and assist in a variety of areas with other team members. The ideal candidate should demonstrate good communication skills, and an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
