We are recruiting for a First Line Support Assistant to join an award-winning global retail software provider. The aim of this role is to provide a thorough service of support to customer’s queries. The post is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting and helping people. The responsibilities will involve helping customers troubleshoot and navigate through processes and bugs in the software over the phone. You will have freedom to develop and experiment in the role, ensuring that you provide the best service possible for customers. The ideal candidate should have an interest in I.T systems.
