We are looking to recruit a professional and motivated individual to support Gower College’s highly successful Better Jobs, Better Futures employability programme. The Administrator/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the Kingsway premises and provide general administrative support to Kingsway-based staff.
With knowledge of setting up and maintaining accurate administration systems, you will be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages and ideally have previous experience of working in a customer facing role. Excellent organisational, communication and Welsh language skills, along with the ability to problem solve and prioritise are essential. The successful candidate will possess Welsh Language skills at Level 4 in Listening and Speaking.
